What to send
- Your written underwriting rules: the binder or guidelines your copilot works under.
- A de-identified or synthetic sample of past decisions: what was proposed, and what was decided.

What comes back
A finding, not an integration project: which of your rules fire, how often, and which past decisions would have been held.

How shadow mode works
- Enforcement is off. Your rules run as a shadow pack: the gate evaluates every decision and enforces nothing.
- The console labels results as unenforced. Each one reads "SHADOW · not enforced".
- Switching to enforcement is a separate, audited step. Publishing rules does not change what is enforced; activating a version does, and it is recorded. When you change the rules, a dry run replays the new version over recent decisions and shows how many verdicts would change.
